Pre-Conference: Thursday Meet and Greet
Thursday evening we'll have an informal meet-and-greet reception from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. in the Crystal Ballroom at the conference hotel. There is no set time frame for when to arrive; this will just give folks an opportunity to say hello to one another as they arrive at the hotel for next day's events. We'll serve light snacks and have a cash bar.
The Heroes' Exhibit and the MarineParents.com displays will be available. We'll have cocktail tables and encourage folks to visit with one another. At about 9:30 in the evening, we'll have a few short announcements. We'll conclude the evening at 10:00 p.m.
