The Benefit Dinner on Saturday, April 19 is included for those who have registered for the 2008 MarineParents.com Annual National Conference.
Benefit Dinner tickets will be sold up to our seating capacity through April 14, 2008 at $75 per person.
All proceeds from the Benefit Dinner, Silent Auction and any raffles or give-aways go to support MarineParents.com, Inc. and our outreach projects. MarineParents.com, Inc. is an IRS approved 501(c)(3) public charity eligible to receive tax deductable donations.
Dress for dinner is cocktail-attire. Marines are asked to wear Dress Blues. Civilian attire for men would be dark jacket (minimum collared shirts and a tie, with jackets preferred). Civilian attire for women would be elegant separates or dress (long not required).
We'll start the evening off with cash-bar cockatails and an authors' reception at 6:00 p.m. Bidding for the Silent Auction items will begin at that time. The colors will be presented at 7:00 p.m. and the program will begin. A plated dinner will be served at 7:30 p.m. and our keynote, Colonel Matthew Bogdanos, will speak at 8:15 p.m. We'll have additional events and entertainment through 10:00 in the evening when we'll announce the winners of the Silent Auction items.
After announcing the Silent Auction winners, we'll turn the program over to music and dancing and contine with a cash-bar until 11:00 p.m.
